Material recommendations by product type: dry products typically use PET/PE or BOPP/CPP; oily or high-aroma products benefit from PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE for better barrier; liquids and sauces need NY/PE or PET/AL/PE for chemical resistance and leak-proof sealing; frozen products use cold-resistant PE layer; high-temperature sterilization uses PET/AL/CPP or PET/AL/PA/CPP retort-grade structures. Each batch undergoes: print color consistency check, lamination bond strength test, heat seal strength test, dimensional tolerance measurement, visual inspection. Application-specific: puncture resistance, chemical resistance, moisture barrier, cold impact resistance, seal integrity (leak/burst). Pre-shipment inspection with retained samples.
