Spécifications techniques
- BOPP/CPP (lightweight candy flow wrap with good transparency and machinability). PET/PE (stronger sealing and good print surface for general candy packaging). PET/VMPET/PE (improved light and moisture barrier for premium confectionery and longer shelf life). PET/AL/PE (higher aroma and oxygen protection for sensitive candy products). Cold seal film (no-heat sealing for chocolate and heat-sensitive candy products; cold seal structure should be confirmed based on product and machine). Final structure confirmed based on candy type, oil content, shelf life target and packing machine type.
- Hard candy: BOPP/CPP or PET/PE for twist wrap or flow pack. Jelly candy: PET/PE or PET/VMPET/PE with moisture barrier. Chocolate flow pack: cold seal film for heat-sensitive chocolate products. Lollipop packaging: BOPP/CPP with twist wrap or flow pack format. Chewing gum: BOPP/CPP or PET/PE for pillow pack or stick pack. Small sachet candy: PET/PE or BOPP/CPP for single-serve formats.
- Each batch undergoes eye mark accuracy check, cutting accuracy verification, film tension stability test, sealing temperature window verification, print registration inspection, candy sticking risk evaluation and moisture barrier test. Pre-shipment inspection with retained batch samples. ISO22000 certified production.
- MOQ depends on film width, repeat length, material structure, printing colors and order quantity (typically from 300 kg for gravure printing). Cold seal and high-barrier structures may have different cost profiles. Packing machine compatibility should be checked before mass production.
