技術仕様
- BOPP/CPP (common biscuit flow pack with good machinability and transparency). PET/PE (stronger sealing and improved handling for filled or sandwich biscuits). PET/VMPET/PE (moisture and light barrier for premium biscuit brands and longer shelf life). PET/AL/PE (higher barrier for aroma-sensitive biscuits and extended shelf life). Matt or gloss surface finish can be customized according to brand design. Final structure confirmed based on biscuit type, oil content, shelf life target and packing machine speed.
- Plain biscuits and crackers: BOPP/CPP or PET/PE for horizontal flow pack machines. Sandwich biscuits and cream-filled cookies: PET/PE or PET/VMPET/PE for better moisture protection. Wafers: PET/VMPET/PE with good light barrier to protect delicate wafer texture. Multi-pack biscuit wrapping: PET/PE or PET/VMPET/PE for family packs. Single-serve biscuit sachets: BOPP/CPP or PET/PE in smaller roll width. Compatible with most horizontal flow pack and VFFS machines.
- Each batch undergoes moisture barrier verification, heat seal strength test, roll width tolerance check, eye mark accuracy verification, film tension stability test, print registration inspection and visual appearance inspection. Pre-shipment inspection with retained batch samples. ISO22000 certified production.
- MOQ depends on material structure, thickness, roll width, repeat length, printing colors and order quantity (typically from 300 kg for gravure printing). High-barrier structures with VMPET or AL cost more than standard structures. Machine trial may be recommended if the buyer has specific speed or tension requirements.
