기계 호환성
Machine Compatibility — For VFFS and HFFS automatic packing machines, roll film should match the machine's forming system, sealing temperature, pulling tension, eye mark sensor and cutting position. Before production, confirm roll width, roll direction, core size, eye mark position, sealing layer, film tension, COF (surface friction), cutting accuracy and packing speed. Roll film width is custom from 200mm to 1200mm; roll diameter and core size must match your machine's unwind specifications.

Can Huasheng Packaging provide samples?
Yes. Existing production samples can be provided free of charge for quality reference. Custom printed samples may require sample fee or cylinder cost depending on artwork, size and printing colors. Sample fee can be deducted from bulk order when the order reaches MOQ.
What is the lead time for custom packaging orders?
Typical lead time is 15-25 working days after artwork confirmation and deposit receipt. Exact lead time depends on material structure, order quantity, printing complexity and current production schedule.
