Recommended material structures for frozen food packaging: NY/PE offers excellent low-temperature toughness and puncture resistance, suitable for frozen meat, seafood and vegetables; PET/PE provides good printing surface and sealing strength for general frozen products; PET/AL/PE is suitable for long-shelf-life frozen products requiring moisture and oxidation protection; BOPP/CPP works for lightweight frozen snacks. The frozen-grade PE layer should maintain performance at -18C to -40C without brittleness. Thickness typically recommended at 80-120 microns depending on product weight, shape and transport conditions.

What artwork file format should I send?
We accept Adobe Illustrator (AI), PDF, PSD, and CDR files. Please use CMYK color mode with at least 300 dpi resolution. Include 3 mm bleed if your design extends to the edge. Please provide print-ready artwork where possible; if the file is not complete, we can check technical print requirements before production.
