- Printed roll film for automatic powder packing lines, single-serve sachets for instant coffee and milk tea, and stand-up zipper pouches for larger retail or food-service packs. The format should follow the filling machine, dose weight, powder flow and distribution channel.
- Material and Process Review — Moisture and aroma protection, powder contamination in the seal area, roll width, core size, winding direction, eye-mark position and coefficient of friction should be reviewed before production. The final laminate must be confirmed against the formula, shelf-life target and filling conditions.
- Multi-SKU Control — Build one shared matrix for flavour, artwork version, barcode, nutrition panel, pack size and destination market. Approve one representative SKU first, then release the remaining designs against the locked technical baseline and print standard.
- Validation Plan — Confirm seal-window trials with representative powder, machine-fit data, print and eye-mark checks, laminate bond strength and filled-pack storage observations. Test conditions and acceptance criteria should be agreed for the actual project; this page does not promise a universal barrier result.

Material recommendations by product type: dry products typically use PET/PE or BOPP/CPP; oily or high-aroma products benefit from PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE for better barrier; liquids and sauces need NY/PE or PET/AL/PE for chemical resistance and leak-proof sealing; frozen products use cold-resistant PE layer; high-temperature sterilization uses PET/AL/CPP or PET/AL/PA/CPP retort-grade structures.
