Define moisture, oxygen, aroma, light, grease, puncture and shelf-life needs from the real product. Wet or retort food cannot inherit a dry-food structure by assumption.
- Filled-Pack and Packing-Line Risks — Confirm bulk density, fill weight, headspace, kibble edges, product dust or oil in the seal area, zipper contamination, final top seal, drop and compression risk, stacking and carton orientation. Trials should use representative product and the intended filling and sealing conditions.
- China OEM and Packing-Site Handover — Freeze one approved record covering dieline, complete laminate, thickness, pouch dimensions, zipper or handle, final-seal requirement, roll-film data where applicable, carton standard, sample status and revision. Identify who approves samples and who controls changes at the brand, packaging supplier and China OEM or filling plant.

What artwork file format should I send?
We accept Adobe Illustrator (AI), PDF, PSD, and CDR files. Please use CMYK color mode with at least 300 dpi resolution. Include 3 mm bleed if your design extends to the edge. Please provide print-ready artwork where possible; if the file is not complete, we can check technical print requirements before production.
