- Anti-static PE-based materials (for basic ESD protection), shielding PET/AL/PE (for higher static shielding requirements), puncture-resistant laminated structures (for components with sharp edges or heavier weight). Material structure should be confirmed based on component sensitivity, storage conditions and transport requirements.
- Each batch undergoes sealing strength test, puncture resistance test, size tolerance check, cleanliness inspection and visual appearance inspection. Surface resistance check may be discussed according to anti-static requirements. Pre-shipment inspection with retained batch samples.

What artwork file format should I send?
We accept Adobe Illustrator (AI), PDF, PSD, and CDR files. Please use CMYK color mode with at least 300 dpi resolution. Include 3 mm bleed if your design extends to the edge. Please provide print-ready artwork where possible; if the file is not complete, we can check technical print requirements before production.
