Cách chọn túi bao bì cà phê: Ba bước chọn van, kiểu túi và cấu trúc rào cản

Phương pháp ba bước chọn túi cà phê dựa trên nhu cầu van thoát khí, kiểu túi và cấu trúc vật liệu rào cản.

Step 1: Look at Coffee Type and Degassing Requirement

Freshly roasted coffee beans release CO2 for days. Whole bean releases more slowly than ground. Without a degassing valve, the bag may balloon or burst. A one-way valve allows CO2 out while preventing oxygen in. Drip or instant coffee typically does not need a valve.

  • Fresh-roasted whole bean: one-way valve recommended
  • Ground coffee: valve beneficial depending on degassing time
  • Drip or instant coffee: valve typically not needed

Step 2: Look at Bag Format

Flat bottom pouches offer wide base and five printable panels, popular for 250-500g coffee. Side gusset bags expand at sides for larger formats. Quad seal pouches have rigid panels for premium shelf look. Stand-up zipper pouches work for smaller packs.

  • Side gusset: expandable, bulk formats
  • Quad seal: rigid panels, premium look
  • Stand-up zipper: smaller packs

Step 3: Look at Barrier and Brand Presentation

Coffee needs oxygen, moisture and light protection. PET/AL/PE provides highest barrier. PET/VMPET/PE offers good barrier at moderate cost. Kraft/VMPET/PE provides natural look. Printing quality matters: gravure delivers consistent results. Matte finish is popular for specialty coffee.
