What this product is used for — Three side seal pouches are suitable for small food portions, powder, seasoning, coffee, sugar, samples, sachets and flat pouch packaging. They can support custom printing, tear notch and different material structures depending on moisture barrier, oxygen barrier and sealing strength requirements. Each batch undergoes print color check, heat seal strength test (ASTM F88), lamination bond strength test, dimensional tolerance measurement, leak testing and visual appearance inspection. Pre-shipment inspection with retained batch samples.
