What This Product Is Used For — Easy peel sealing film is used for jelly cups, pudding cups, yogurt cups, sauce cups and other cup sealing applications that require controlled peel strength and stable heat sealing. The film structure should be selected according to cup material, sealing temperature, filling condition, storage requirement and peel performance. Common structures may include PET/PE, PET/CPP or other laminated sealing films depending on the application. Buyers should provide cup material, cup diameter, sealing temperature if known, product type, filling condition, quantity, artwork and sample photos before quotation.
Product Information
Each batch undergoes peel force testing (4-12 N/15mm typical range), heat seal strength test, leak testing (vacuum or pressure method), eye mark registration accuracy check, print color consistency verification and visual appearance inspection. Sample testing with actual cups and filling machine recommended before bulk production.
