MOQ depends on bag type, size, material structure and printing colors. Roll film: usually 200-500 kg per design. Stand up pouches: 10,000-30,000 pcs. Flat bottom pouches: 20,000-30,000 pcs. Coffee bags: 10,000-30,000 pcs. Spout pouches: 30,000-50,000 pcs. Contact us with your specifications for an accurate assessment.

Yes. Existing production samples can be provided free of charge for quality reference. Custom printed samples may require sample fee or cylinder cost depending on artwork, size and printing colors. Sample fee can be deducted from bulk order when the order reaches MOQ.

Typical lead time is 15-25 working days after artwork confirmation and deposit receipt. Exact lead time depends on material structure, order quantity, printing complexity and current production schedule.

Material structure depends on product type (dry, oily, frozen, liquid, high-temperature), shelf life requirements and packaging machine type. Common options include PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, BOPP/CPP, NY/PE and kraft paper laminates. We can recommend suitable structures based on your product details.

Roll film is printed laminated film supplied on rolls for automatic packing machines (VFFS/HFFS), where filling, forming and sealing happen on one machine. Premade pouches are pre-formed bags delivered ready for filling on separate equipment. The choice depends on your production line and product format.

Yes. Printed roll film is specifically designed for automatic packing machines. Roll width, roll direction, eye mark position, sealing layer and film tension should be confirmed based on your machine specifications before production.

Please provide product type, bag size or roll film width, filling weight, material structure if known, thickness, printing colors, quantity, artwork file, packing machine type if applicable, and destination country. The more details you provide, the more accurate the quotation will be.

For first orders, common payment terms are 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipment. For repeat orders or stable cooperation, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment can be discussed. L/C can be discussed for large and stable orders.

Yes. Huasheng Packaging is ISO22000 certified. We support food-grade material selection, packaging structure review and production quality control. Material structure should be confirmed based on your product type, shelf life and destination market requirements.

We accept AI, PDF, PSD and CDR files. Please use CMYK color mode with at least 300 dpi resolution. Include 3 mm bleed if your design extends to the edge. If you do not have a complete design file, our team can help with layout suggestions.

Yes. We support up to 9-color rotogravure printing for custom logos and designs. Our pre-press team will check the file and confirm print feasibility before production.
