- グラビア印刷 — 承認されたアートワーク、色の基準、素材の仕様に従って、最大 9 色のグラビア印刷が準備されます。
- ラミネート加工 — 印刷フィルムは、確認済みの積層構造と製造プロセスを使用して、バリア層およびシール層と結合されます。
- 製袋・スリット — ラミネートされた材料は、ロールフィルムにスリットされるか、確認されたパウチの形式、寸法、機能に変換されます。
- 生産品質チェック — 印刷、ラミネートの外観、寸法、シール、および機能的特徴が、合意された注文仕様に照らしてチェックされます。
- 材料とロールの保管 — 材料とロールは識別および保管され、秩序ある生産使用とプロジェクトの分離をサポートします。
- 梱包と引き渡し — 完成したパウチとロールフィルムは梱包され、ラベルが貼られ、確認されたプロジェクトの指示に指定されている受け取り場所に向けて準備されます。
