Choose the opening journey before artwork
Match tear notch, zipper, laser scoring, easy-peel lidding or a spout to the product, laminate, pack format and filling process. Validate filled packs because easy-open and resealable are different requirements.
Validate opening and package integrity together
Check tear initiation, direction, force consistency, spilling, reclosure and seal integrity under production-representative conditions. Laser scoring and easy-peel structures require checks on the exact laminate or container combination.
