Our approach
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical reference for design, content and testing. This statement describes our current process; it is not a claim of third-party certification or perfect conformance.
Testing and review
Representative routes are checked with automated accessibility rules, keyboard interaction tests and reduced-motion settings. The current 30-route sample reported no critical, serious, moderate or minor automated violations on August 3, 2026. Automated testing does not replace manual review.
Known limits
The site contains a large and changing multilingual catalog. External messaging, analytics, document viewers and third-party destinations are governed by their own interfaces. A problem may still appear on a route, language, browser or assistive-technology combination that is not in the current sample.
Measures currently in place
- A skip link and semantic heading structure
- Keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs with managed focus
- Reduced-motion support and contrast checks
- Alternative text for meaningful images and captions or transcripts for published videos
