Huasheng Packaging (Guangdong Huasheng Packaging Co., Ltd.) was established in 1997 in Chaozhou, Guangdong. The 6,880m² factory integrates gravure printing, dry lamination, solvent-free lamination, pouch making, slitting and quality inspection. ISO22000:2018 certified food safety management system.

Factory Strength

Huasheng Packaging operates a 6,880m² factory in Chaozhou, Guangdong, equipped with 3 gravure printing machines, 2 solvent-free laminators, 3 dry laminators, 12 pouch-making machines, and multiple slitting units. Monthly capacity: approximately 20 million pouches and 500 tons of printed roll film. ISO22000 certified food safety management system with full-process quality control from raw material inspection to finished product shipment.

Artwork Checking — Prepress review of print feasibility, colors, bleed and text placement before cylinder engraving
Gravure Printing — 3 gravure printing machines, up to 9 colors
Lamination — 2 solvent-free laminators + 3 dry laminators
Curing — Temperature-controlled curing rooms ensure lamination bond strength and solvent residue compliance
Slitting — Precision slitting equipment for roll width and edge quality control
Pouch Making — 12 pouch-making machines for stand-up, flat bottom, 3-side seal, quad seal, side gusset and more
Quality Inspection — Print, lamination, sealing, dimensional and visual checks per batch
Packing & Shipment — Order-specific packing with palletized standard packaging

Quality and Food Safety

Full-process quality control: incoming inspection (film, ink, adhesive), in-process inspection (print registration, lamination appearance, pouch dimensions), final inspection (heat seal strength, peel strength, appearance, dimensions). Roll film: COF, surface tension, slitting accuracy. Test records and retained samples per batch.
