Build the Window from Transparent Layers and Artwork
A clear window is normally created by using transparent layers in the window path and leaving the selected artwork area without covering ink. It is not a separate transparent sticker. Actual clarity depends on each film layer, adhesive, ink coverage, varnish, surface texture and converting process.
Barrier and Product-Visibility Decision
A transparent window helps shoppers inspect product shape, color or fill level, but it may remove an opaque metallized or aluminum-foil barrier from that area. Review oxygen, moisture and light sensitivity, fat content, shelf life, window size and storage before approving visibility. Transparent high-barrier directions may be evaluated where appropriate, but performance must be confirmed from the complete structure.
Ink-Free Area, Matte Varnish and Seal Clearance
Mark the window shape and position on the final artwork and keep critical seals, zipper flanges and gusset folds clear where needed. If matte varnish or a matte outer layer covers the window, the view may become frosted or less clear.
