Treat the Spout, Cap and Pouch as One System
A pouch fitment system includes the spout body, flange, thread, cap and any tamper-evident or dispensing feature. Opening size affects product flow and filling access, while flange geometry affects the pouch seal area. Components should be approved as a matched set rather than selected from appearance alone.
Product Flow and Filling Inputs
