Flexible Packaging Manufacturing Process

- Gravure Printing — Up to 9-color gravure printing is prepared according to the approved artwork, color references and material specification.
- Lamination — Printed film is combined with barrier and sealing layers using the confirmed laminate structure and production process.
- Pouch Making and Slitting — Laminated material is slit into roll film or converted into the confirmed pouch format, dimensions and features.
- Production Quality Checks — Printing, lamination appearance, dimensions, seals and functional features are checked against the agreed order specification.
- Material and Roll Storage — Materials and rolls are identified and stored to support orderly production use and project separation.
- Packing and Handover — Finished pouches and roll film are packed, labeled and prepared for the receiving site specified in the confirmed project instructions.
Quality Checks by Production Stage
Routine checks and project-specific testing are different. The method, sample and acceptance criteria should be confirmed before production.
- Incoming Material Review — Review film appearance, supplied specifications and relevant material documents before use.
- In-Process Checks — Monitor print registration, color reference, lamination appearance and converting dimensions during relevant stages.
- Finished-Package Review — Check dimensions, print appearance, seals and functional features using the agreed sampling plan.
