Do you supply empty packaging or fill the food and supplements?
This enquiry is for empty printed pouches or roll film. Food manufacture, blending and filling must be arranged with your own operation or appointed filling plant. Packaging supply does not include a promise of contract-filling services.
Should I choose printed roll film or premade pouches?
Start with the receiving filling process. Roll film is formed and sealed on an agreed packing line; premade pouches arrive as empty bags and require filling and final sealing. Send a pack or machine photo if the format is undecided.
What is enough for the first project review?
Send the product, fill weight, current pack photo or preferred format and quantity per artwork. Add the filling method, dimensions, storage and target market if known. Missing technical inputs can be listed and clarified progressively.
Can one laminate be used for every food category?
No. Oil, moisture, aroma, sharp edges, filling and subsequent processing can change requirements. Review the complete material, sealant and finished package for the actual food instead of copying one laminate name.
How should a second-supplier comparison be prepared?
Provide the existing approved package or drawing, known specification, artwork revision, receiving-line requirements and the issue to be improved. Compare representative samples and agreed tests, not photographs or unit price alone.
Does a sample or company certificate approve my finished package?
No. A public document or sample can support review within its actual scope. Product-specific food-contact, sealing, machine, handling and storage requirements still need appropriate records and agreed acceptance.
